Appearance: When I tell you what I'm going to say next, you'll probably be very confused as to why guys simply fall head over heels for her. Well, Serenade...she's a bit of...well, she's a Goth.
Bit of a turnoff at first, but you don't know the half of it. Truly, beautiful isn't the word that is usually used to describe her. It's usually either 'sexy' or 'hot'. Well, I'm sure you realize how special she feels...okay, if you didn't get that, I might as well hold up a sign saying 'BEING SARCASTIC' in big letters.
She's curvy and lean, built more for speed and agility than strength. But that doesn't stop her from easily breaking necks. She has a lovely technique, involving how she'll change partway between wolf and human, making it so that she's got a bit more muscle bulk, and can easily win both fights and races. Not that she'd ever consider a track team.
Serenade knows how to flirt. It's one thing she can do with ease, pulling males into her spell and only letting them loose once they give up on her or she decides they're worth more dead.
She's got black hair, straight and barely touching her shoulders. She doesn't put her hair up, with the exception of the rare messy bun, often with strands of her hair falling out here are there while parts of it stay in a sort of half of a bun.
She's got beautiful green eyes, often switching between shades...sometimes they're more of an emerald, other times lime, even the odd pale green. Usually however, they're a shade between emerald and forest green.
Her face is adorned with make-up, mostly eyeliner, although she often wears black lipstick and black eyeshadow. Always with the black. Her skin is pale.
Serenade only has one tattoo, a black rose on her lower back. As for piercings, there's a few in her ears, and she's thought several times about getting her nose or belly button pierced, but never actually has done so.
As a wolf, she's black with yellow eyes and strange golden, crimson, and grey markings...because they're hard to explain, I'll hopefully get a picture soon.
Personality: The first thing that anyone with a right mind should know about Serenade is that she doesn't have one. A right mind, I mean. She's corrupt and broken, knowing without knowing forever. Serenade's mind is diseased in more way than one, with her constant mood swings and her mild amnesia. And yet, you wouldn't know it. She seems normal enough, but there are parts of her life that she either can't remember or her mind has altered for her. She's delusional too, often seeing things others can't because they aren't there. Oh yes, and the blackouts. It's not rare that she wakes up not remembering what she did the night before, often because she was under the influence of alcohol. Oh, but then again, she often blacks out because of her rage, therefore forgetting about, for example, murdering someone.
For a long time, Serenade has been filled with two sorts of lusts: the lust for blood and the lust for males. She often flirts lightly, using her body much more than her words to get what she wants. She's the sort to use herself to get money, a place to stay, or even for somebody to buy her a drink at the old bar. She's happy so long as she has alcohol and a pack of cigarettes.
Ah, I suppose I should explain the cigarettes. You see, she's trying honestly to quit, but it just doesn't work. As Serenade grows frustrated, she often puts her hand to the packet and lighter, and smokes. Not just your average, every day cigarettes though. It's not completely strange to find her smoking more...illegal things.
But the law doesn't matter to her. She's perfectly happy, ecstatic even, to not abide the law. The law offers nothing to her, while murder, drugs, and lust do. They offer her pleasantries of all sorts, and therefore she enjoys them.
Serenade's normal personality consists of sarcasm, bitterness, rage, bloodthirstiness, and lust. But that's on a normal day, with no mood swings.
Her mood swings often cause very muddled emotions from both herself and whoever she happens to be around. One moment, for example, she may be throwing herself at some guy, and the next she'll practically bite his head off at any move made on his part.
Now, many would consider this just playing them hot and cold. But really, anyone who knows Serenade -- perhaps those back in Mordszene -- know that she's been like that since she was around thirteen or fourteen years of age, for that was around when the mood swings started up. And I promise you, it's not because it's her time of the month.
Ah, I should explain Mordszene as well. It's her hometown, filled with all sorts of wonderful things such as drugs and murder. It's a wonder the place isn't swarming with police, but apparently it's simply not a problem anymore. Few people live in Mordszene but there's one last thing about it that should be known. Mordszene is German for 'Murder Scene'.
