The Old Asmodeus House

What was once a fairly large house now is simply a pile of charred wood and ashes, and the basement. But of course, one part of the house stands solid: the gate, on which there is a sign that reads so menacingly:

Ce sang pourrait être le vôtre.

Which means, This blood could be yours, as the words written upon the block of wood hanging from the gate are written in blood.
